The construction of Ferro, financed by a $46 million next to Santander Bankbegan in 2020 and was completed in the spring of 2022, with the first occupation of residents of May 2022.
The company recently held a grand opening celebration in the community, where more than 50 senior executives from Toll Brothers, Ferro’s development partners and consultants, and local elected officials attended a private reception and toured the property.
