Select Indian sellers can now request to join Walmart Market, a community of curated sellers that serves more than 120 million US shoppers each month. The initiative is an extension of the retail giant’s engagement with Indian exporters that dates back more than 20 years. Already sourcing most of its goods from India, the company plans to export $10 billion from the country every year by 2027.
Walmart is seeking new Indian sellers as part of a global campaign to attract international sellers and expand Marketplace’s product assortment.
